According to Las Vegas TV station KLAS, four of the nine young defendants will be heading to trial. Those involved are Damien Hernandez, 18, Dontral Beaver, 16, Gianni Robinson, 17, and Treavion Randolph, 16, all charged with second-degree murder and conspiracy.

Clark County District Judge Tierra Jones has scheduled April 1 as the trial date for Beaver and Robinson, while trial dates are yet to be set for Randolph and Hernandez.

The victim, Jonathan Lewis, suffered fatal injuries in the attack on November 1, 2023, and passed away a week later from blunt force trauma, which was ruled a homicide by the Clark County coroner’s office.
