Former Three’s Company star Suzanne Somers, known for her Las Vegas production shows, has passed away at the age of 77 after battling breast cancer. Somers, who first revealed her diagnosis in 2000, was a beloved figure on the stage and television screens.

Following her departure from Three’s Company in 1980, Somers launched a successful career in Las Vegas, headlining at renowned venues such as the MGM Grand and the Las Vegas Hilton. With her unique blend of singing, dancing, and humor, Somers entertained audiences with her charm and charisma.

During her residency at the MGM Grand, Somers became famous for her engaging Q&A sessions, where she answered questions about her co-stars and shared humorous anecdotes. Her performances were met with great success and became a highlight of her Vegas career.

After the MGM fire in 1980, Somers continued her Vegas journey at the Las Vegas Hilton’s Moulin Rouge show. Her presence revitalized the struggling production, drawing in large crowds and solidifying her reputation as a top-notch entertainer.

Somers’ final Las Vegas show, “Suzanne Sizzles” at the Westgate, unfortunately had a shorter-than-expected run. Following her appearance on Dancing with the Stars, the show failed to attract a substantial audience and was discontinued after two months.
