Lisa Vanderpump and her spouse, Ken Todd, recently bought a $5 million Las Vegas mansion to reduce the need for private jet trips between Vegas and Beverly Hills, as reported by TMZ.
Vanderpump’s $3.5 million Pinky’s by Vanderpump is set to launch next month at the Flamingo. It will succeed Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, opened by the “Vanderpump Rules” star in 2019, and Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, established by her in 2022.
All TMZ mentioned, based on unnamed “sources familiar with the situation,” is that her new lavish home is situated on a golf course with a spacious pool and stunning desert views. A common feature in Las Vegas homes selling for over $3 million.
The only additional information provided was that Vanderpump inspected the house last week, shortly after completing Hulu’s “Vanderpump Villa” in Europe, and finalized the purchase three days later.

The reason behind needing a residence in Las Vegas with three restaurants remains unclear. Gordon Ramsay manages six without one. In reality, celebrities who “operate” eateries with Las Vegas casinos have minimal involvement.
The term “operate” is used loosely as there is little for celebrities to do at their named restaurants in Vegas casinos. These establishments are predominantly managed by the casino companies, who merely license the celebrity names for branding.
The details of Gordon Ramsay’s contract with Caesars Entertainment were publicized during Caesars’ 2016 bankruptcy proceedings. The celebrity chef is required to be photographed for 24 hours per year at each of his six restaurants in Las Vegas. In return, he earns $340,000 annually per restaurant ($2 million in total) along with 5%-6% of Caesars’ profits.
TMZ also revealed that Vanderpump and Todd will maintain their extravagant $10 million residence in Beverly Hills, Villa Rosa.
