According to a Clark County permit discovered by the “Five Hundy By Midnight” podcast, MGM Resorts has requested a name change for part of Park Avenue, which leads into Park MGM, to be renamed as Bruno Mars Drive.

Mars holds the record for the longest-running residency at Park MGM; it commenced in December 2016 when Dolby Live was previous known as Park Theater. His performances have accumulated over $124.5 million in earnings—definitely a significant cost for naming a street after a star.
Mars is set to return to Dolby Live on December 30-31, which is likely when the new street name will be unveiled—pending approval.
