- Michael Morton, the son of Arnie Morton—founder of Morton’s The Steakhouse—and brother to Hard Rock Hotel developer Peter Morton—has listed his Las Vegas estate for sale with his wife, Jenna Morton.
- This exquisite 10,000-square-foot limestone home, specially constructed in 2006, features seven bedrooms and an extraordinary 60-foot water slide.
- The Mortons operate multiple premium dining establishments located within Las Vegas Strip casinos.
The Mortons’ cherished family residence, recognized for its affiliation with Morton’s The Steakhouse, has officially entered the market for the first time, with an asking price of $19.5 million. Designed by architect Richard Luke in 2006, this exclusive property is situated on two acres near the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, just a short 15-minute drive from the Strip.

Constructed from high-quality limestone, this 10,000-square-foot estate includes both a main house and a guesthouse, totaling seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The outdoor space contains two swimming pools—one adorned with a 60-foot mosaic slide—a tranquil spa, cozy fireside lounges, and a complete outdoor kitchen and bar.

Numerous courtyards and terraces offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, while a circular motor court leads to a spacious garage that accommodates up to six cars.
