Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Minnesota has just announced the most significant act in its 2026 Summer Concert Series for the 16,000-seat outdoor Amphitheater.

On Monday, the casino confirmed Snoop Dogg’s concert for Saturday, September 5. Tickets will go on sale this Friday at 10 am CDT on TIcasino.com, with prices starting at $69, while Michelob Ultra Zone tickets begin at $259.
Since dropping his debut album “Doggystyle” in 1993, Snoop has been a trailblazer in the hip-hop scene, diversifying into television, film, sports, and even culinary ventures alongside Martha Stewart. Last year, he was recognized as one of Time Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People.”
Snoop Dogg, a 16-time Grammy nominee with the third most nominations without a win, was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2018. He undoubtedly stands out as the most prominent act in the 2026 Summer Concert Series, which also features other acts like Yachtley Crew (July 3), comedian Gabriel Iglesias (July 31), and Shinedown (Aug. 21).
Some of Snoop’s legendary tracks include “Gin & Juice,” “Nuthin’ But a G Thang,” and “Drop It Like It’s Hot.”
Suitable for Ages 5+
While Snoop Dogg may not typically appeal to preschoolers, the outdoor setting of the Treasure Island Amphitheater allows the event to be labeled “ages 5+,” making it possible for parents to introduce their children to the iconic hip-hop artist.
According to regulations at the Treasure Island Amphitheater, “minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.” We advise listener discretion for younger attendees.

The official site states that “the sale and use of cannabis is prohibited,” a rule that may be challenging to enforce during the Snoop Dogg event.
Treasure Island offers over 1,800 slot machines, video poker, and video keno options, in addition to 40 live dealer table games, a dedicated poker room, and a 500-seat bingo hall. The venue, which boasts Minnesota’s second largest hotel with 788 rooms, is owned by the Prairie Island Indian Community and is conveniently located a 40-minute drive from the Twin Cities.
Snoop’s Impact on Gaming
Snoop Dogg is celebrated for innovating the G-Funk genre and shaping West Coast hip-hop. His name has become synonymous with cannabis culture, and he has invested in various cannabis enterprises.
In addition to his various ventures, Snoop has made a mark in the US gaming landscape through a sweepstakes casino platform known as the Dogg House Casino. This online casino and app features a curated music playlist and an interactive gaming atmosphere designed by Snoop himself.
The Dogg House Casino operates using “Dogg Cash,” a type of digital currency redeemable for cash withdrawals. The platform also offers Snoop-themed slots, table games, and allows players to compete in poker against a digital version of Snoop.
