Content Agreement Overview

Delta iGaming Inc. stands as one of the primary operators within the Ontario market, having acquired its license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario in December 2022. The extensive portfolio of Play’n GO’s casino games is now available on DeltaCasino.com, featuring bingo, slots, and table games. Delta Casino officially debuted its mobile app on both iOS and Android earlier this April.

“Collaboration with Play’n GO is a vital milestone as we work to broaden our brand,” stated Jason Karklins, VP of iGaming at Delta Casino. “Their game development strategy and experience in regulated markets resonate with our goal of delivering a seamless player experience.”

Family-Owned Legacy

Delta Bingo & Gaming is a family-run enterprise in the charitable gaming sector, established in Hamilton 60 years ago, operating bingo and gaming machines at 20 physical locations throughout Ontario and Maryland. The company enlisted Vancouver technology firm Strive to facilitate its digital revamp, which became operational in 2023. Strive is supplying player account management through the Strive Infinity Engine and is also responsible for the development of Delta’s front-end interfaces.

“We are excited to collaborate with Delta iGaming Inc. and introduce our content to Delta Casino in Ontario,” remarked Magnus Olsson, Chief Commercial Officer at Play’n GO. “Delta’s established reputation and dedication to regulated gaming make them a formidable partner as we grow within the Canadian market.”

Expanding Bingo Offerings

Delta is among the trio of charitable gaming-associated iGaming operators licensed by the AGCO in Ontario, alongside Betty Gaming CA Ltd. and Casino Time Inc. Betty, primarily known for its slots, is also venturing into online bingo.

Recently, Betty disclosed its acquisition of Kirkland Lake Bingo Hall, propelling them into the regulated iBingo space. Owning a long-standing, community-centric bingo hall allows the firm to operate within the province’s regulated charitable bingo guidelines and enhance the charitable contributions supporting local communities. A portion of all Betty’s iGaming revenue in Ontario will feed into that charitable funding.
