If you’ve ever dreamt of appearing as a contestant on “The Price Is Right,” and can make it to Philadelphia in July, this is your chance.
Celebrating its status as the longest-running game show in US television history, producers of “The Price Is Right” are eager to meet potential contestants with vibrant personalities and strong skills in retail price guessing at Rivers Casino Philadelphia this July.
The CBS show, led by Drew Carey, will be present at the Fishtown casino on Wednesday, July 22, from 11 AM to 2 PM, for auditions. Interested individuals can start lining up at the casino’s event center from 10 AM.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age, citizens of the United States, and residing within the country.
Audition Details
Each audition lasts one minute, during which the aspirants will demonstrate their reaction to being called to “Come on down!” This iconic phrase was originally popularized by “The Price Is Right” announcer Johnny Olson.
Subsequent announcers, Rod Roddy and George Gray, have maintained the enthusiasm in welcoming audience members to Contestant’s Row.
“The Price Is Right” intends to select at least two contestants, providing them with flights to Los Angeles and covering their accommodation for the taping. One contestant is guaranteed to be called down to Contestant’s Row.

“The Price Is Right” recently celebrated its milestone 10,000th episode on February 26, 2025.
Originally premiering in 1972 with the legendary Bob Barker as the host until his retirement in 2007, Drew Carey has taken up the mantle since then, continuing the show’s legacy.
Earlier this month, contestant Vanessa McCaskell, a retired Army veteran, achieved the record for the show’s highest single-game win, totaling $240,150 in cash and prizes, which included $227,500 in cash and a trip to Morocco. This remarkable win occurred during the Mother’s Day episode.
‘Price Is Right’ Gaming Experience
Although it may not rival “Wheel of Fortune” in popularity, “The Price Is Right” has occupied significant space in casinos. Both physical and online slot games branded as “Price Is Right” are available nationwide.
