Marcus Lucero has been appointed as the Vice President of Casino Operations at Jamul Casino Resort in California, bringing over two decades of expertise in the gaming industry.
In his new role, Lucero is responsible for managing casino operations, which encompass slots, table games, poker, and player development. His duties will involve enhancing operational performance and driving revenue growth across these sectors.

Extensive Background in Tribal Gaming
Before joining Jamul Casino Resort, Lucero served as the Vice President of Casino Operations at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, where he oversaw executive-level casino floor operations.
Previously, he held key leadership roles at Soboba Casino Resort and Valley View Casino & Hotel. Throughout his career in Tribal gaming, he has successfully directed casino operations, revenue management strategies, and guest service initiatives across various Southern California establishments.
As highlighted by the resort, Lucero has consistently achieved financial performance objectives, overseen gaming operations, and led teams dedicated to guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
Timing of the Appointment and Expansion Plans
