Harrah’s Oklahoma is enhancing its culinary selections just after its initial 100 days of operation, introducing Arrow & Ember to patrons of all ages along with exciting new weekly food promotions starting July 24.
This initiative enables families to enjoy dining at Arrow & Ember, adding another option on the historic Route 66 in Oklahoma. Guests under 21 are welcome in the restaurant’s designated dining zone but will not have access to the gaming floor.
“During our initial 100 days, we closely observed our patrons and gained insights into what they desire from Harrah’s Oklahoma,” remarked Joe Scibetta, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Harrah’s Oklahoma.
“The opening of Arrow & Ember to all age groups opens the door for more families and travelers to enjoy the hospitality, service, and dining experience that distinguish Harrah’s Oklahoma. This is a significant milestone as we strive to create a destination that caters to Chandler, the neighboring communities, and visitors on Route 66.”
Harrah’s Oklahoma is the first casino in the state to be operated by Caesars Entertainment, having opened its doors on April 9 through a collaboration with the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma. The venue features over 1,000 slot machines, 12 table games, a high-limit gaming area, and a variety of dining and beverage selections.
“Delicious food shouldn’t be intricate or saved just for special events,” stated Thomas Liljestrom-Abele, Executive Chef at Harrah’s Oklahoma. “Our patrons have expressed a desire for familiar yet fulfilling meals at great prices, and our new specials are precisely that.”
Chef Liljestrom-Abele confirmed that the menu features popular items like fried chicken, meatloaf, and prime rib. “We aim to provide recognizable and cherished dishes with the quality and attention to detail expected from Arrow & Ember,” he mentioned.
The casino also has plans for further growth, with more announcements anticipated before the close of 2026, which will include additional gaming tables and the groundbreaking of a new hotel.
