The group’s revenue rose to €276.1 million ($320.1 million) in Q2, a 3% increase from the previous quarter. However, adjusted EBITDA decreased to €84.6 million ($98.1 million) compared to €100.2 million ($116.2 million) in Q1.

The completion of Intralot’s acquisition of Bally’s international interactive unit in October 2025 skewed year-on-year comparisons.

The significant factor impacting Q2 results was the UK remote gaming duty increase from 21% to 40% on April 1. This change led to a reduction of approximately €34 million ($39.4 million) in adjusted EBITDA for Q2.

Despite this, revenue growth and cost reductions partially offset the impact, with UK online revenue reaching a record high of €9 million ($10.4 million) in Q2.

Overall, Bally’s international interactive revenue increased by 5.4% to €193.8 million ($224.7 million), including a 9.7% rise in Spanish online revenue from the previous quarter.

Conversely, legacy Intralot operations saw a 2.3% revenue decline in Q2 to €82.3 million ($95.4 million), primarily due to weaker results from Turkey’s Bilyoner, which experienced a 21.8% revenue drop.

For the first half of the year, group revenue amounted to €544.2 million ($631.1 million) and adjusted EBITDA stood at €184.8 million ($214.3 million), now including Bally’s international interactive’s contribution for a full six-month period.

Evoke Takeover and Bronx Project Under Spotlight

Regulatory reviews are ongoing for Bally’s Intralot’s proposed acquisition of Evoke, with shareholder approval processes in progress.

More than 40% of Evoke’s shareholders have expressed support for the deal, with the next crucial step being the Evoke general meeting on August 17.

Evoke’s CEO remains confident in the acquisition timeline, aiming for completion by Q4 2026 or Q1 2027.

Bally’s Intralot addressed investor concerns regarding Bally’s Corporation’s going-concern disclosure related to financing for the Bronx casino project.

CEO Robeson Reeves clarified that Bally’s Intralot is a separate legal entity with its own strong trading performance, strategic plans, and balance sheet, assuring no significant adverse effects from Bally’s Corporation’s financing process.
