The company will be directing a range of event contracts through Crypto.com and OG.com. They have also disclosed that football contracts will be included in the derivatives menu routed through OG.com, with the partnership commencing today, just before the start of the 2026 NFL season.

“Routing event contracts to multiple venues helps create a stronger, more diverse and resilient marketplace,” stated JB Mackenzie, vice president of futures and prediction markets at Robinhood. “With football back and midterms fast approaching, we’re thrilled to team up with Crypto.com and OG.com for what is sure to be an exciting fall for prediction markets on Robinhood.”

Robinhood will continue to route trades through ForecastEx and Rothera, a leading prediction market operator in collaboration with Susquehanna International Group. The choice of exchange for derivatives routing depends on various factors, such as available event contracts at each exchange.

Robinhood’s Collaboration with Crypto.com and OG.com

Recent speculations about a partnership between Crypto.com, OG.com, and Robinhood have now materialized. What was not known before was that Robinhood would also be acquiring equity stakes in both companies.

“The equity will be priced in line with the recent investment of Citadel Securities into Crypto.com Group at a $20 billion valuation,” according to Robinhood’s statement.

Ken Griffin’s Citadel had invested $400 million in Crypto.com in July at a valuation of $20 billion. On the other hand, OG.com was launched as a standalone entity, valued at $5 billion, after separating from Crypto.com. This move allows OG.com to operate independently with a focus on expanding its consumer experience and strengthening its framework across different markets.

Expansion of Robinhood’s Prediction Market

With prediction markets growing rapidly, partnerships like the one between Robinhood and Crypto.com/OG.com are gaining attention. The collaboration comes at a time when Robinhood is witnessing significant growth in its prediction market exposure, driving its stock up by nearly 30% over the past month.

“Prediction markets have become the fastest growing business in our history…I think we’re just at the beginning of a Prediction Markets supercycle,” said CEO Vlad Tenev earlier this year.

Robinhood is expanding its offerings with a wider array of football event contracts and a dedicated hub for midterm elections, catering to the political trading segment within the prediction market space.
