Dynasty Games is shifting its asset operations for route management in Northern Nevada to Accel Entertainment, with owner Roger Fuller highlighting the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction after over three decades serving the local gaming scene.
Accel is acquiring these assets via its subsidiary Century Gaming Technologies Nevada.
“Having supported Northern Nevada’s gaming market for over 30 years, it was crucial to partner with an entity that prioritizes relationships and integrity alongside results,” said Fuller. “Century Gaming Technologies has developed a solid reputation based on its strong focus on customer experience, and I am eager to witness our venues and patrons gain from Accel’s expertise and commitment to our community.”
Transaction Details and Nevada Operations
The agreement encompasses 20 active route locations, two additional sites awaiting regulatory approval, and around 123 electronic gaming terminals. Accel indicated that the acquisition is projected to positively impact its 2026 financial outcomes.
As of September 30, 2025, the company was managing 2,757 gaming terminals across 370 different locations in Nevada.
Accel distributes video gaming terminals (VGTs) to a variety of establishments including restaurants, bars, taverns, convenience stores, liquor stores, truck stops, and grocery outlets. Six years ago, it operated in only one state; it currently has a footprint in six states.
Strategy and Operational Expansion
“This strategic acquisition represents a significant step forward in our growth strategy for Nevada,” stated Andy Rubenstein, Chief Executive Officer of Accel Entertainment. “Dynasty Games has cultivated a trusted brand grounded in integrity and long-term partnerships, and we’re thrilled to enhance that legacy while augmenting Accel’s premier route operations throughout Northern Nevada.”
Rubenstein mentioned that the acquisition establishes new operations in Gardnerville, Verdi, Dayton, Fernley, Stagecoach, and Sun Valley.
“Alongside our existing presence in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Elko, Wells, Spring Creek, and Carlin, Accel now boasts the most extensive and scalable route coverage in the state, which is expected to spur ongoing growth and new site developments,” he added.
During its third-quarter earnings call, Accel revealed the closure of a $900 million senior secured credit facility, enhancing the company’s financial stability and liquidity.
The company also pointed out that its Nevada operations are not dependent on the Las Vegas Strip.
