Renova Technology has become a member of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM). This partnership allows the repair and supply chain services company to establish direct connections with manufacturers, regulators, and government officials in the gaming and lottery sectors.
AGEM serves as a representation for suppliers on various business, legislative, regulatory, and expansion matters impacting the global gaming industry. Being a member of AGEM places Renova alongside a well-established group of vendors and suppliers operating within the sector.
“We aim to gather industry insights from AGEM and utilize them to enhance efficiency and drive innovation within the gaming sector,” stated Louis Pine, Chief Marketing Officer of Renova Technology. Pine emphasized that engaging directly with AGEM’s membership base will shape the company’s approach to core industry principles in the future.

Renova provides support for gaming and lottery cabinet hardware, including services for bill validators, thermal ticket printers, button decks, displays, computers, and lottery terminals.
Instead of replacing entire assemblies, the company’s technicians specialize in repairing circuit boards at the component level. This approach has gained significance as supply chains encounter delays and sourcing replacement parts becomes more challenging. Component-level repairs enable equipment to remain in service without requiring full assembly replacements.
All repair work carried out by Renova takes place at ESD-certified facilities in the United States. The company emphasizes that this domestic setup ensures adherence to manufacturer-grade quality standards and facilitates faster turnaround times for completed repairs.
