The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) has appointed new members to its Board of Directors during the Annual Meeting for 2026.
Ryan Comstock, the AGEM Board Chair and Acting CEO at Ainsworth Game Technology, led the meeting. This year, Comstock was not on the ballot as he enters his second year in a two-year chair term.
During the session, AGEM members sanctioned one-year terms for various directors and officers on the board.
The elected and reassigned members consist of:
- Elaine Hodgson, Director (President / CEO, Incredible Technologies)
- Lauralyn Sandoval, Director (Vice President of Gaming Strategy & Business Development, Aristocrat Gaming)
- Phil O’Shaughnessy, Director (Vice President, Global Communications, Government Relations & Sustainability, IGT)
- Steve DiMasi, Director (Senior Vice President of Global Government Affairs & Business Development, Light & Wonder)
- Randy Gilbert, Secretary (Chief Executive Officer, TableTrac)
- Thomas Jingoli, Treasurer (President & Chief Operating Officer, Konami Gaming)
The board also appointed two ex officio, non-voting members.
Cassie Stratford, Senior Vice President of Legal Operations and Compliance at Boyd Gaming Corporation and a member of the Global Gaming Women Advisory Board, has been named as an ex-officio director.
Bob Parente, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer at Light & Wonder, has also been appointed as an ex-officio director and assistant treasurer.
AGEM stated that these ex-officio roles aim to enhance viewpoints within the organization while fostering dialogue about long-term strategic goals across the global gaming sector.
In addition, AGEM welcomed three new associate members during the annual meeting: US Bank, Sun-Fly USA Inc., and Adostics Inc. These companies join the three organizations that were accepted as members in late 2025—Walker Digital Table Systems (Silver member), CBRE (Associate member), and CasinoReviews.net (Associate member)—as AGEM gears up for its new financial year beginning April 1, 2026.
AGEM is a global non-profit trade organization that represents manufacturers and suppliers of gaming technology, equipment, and services worldwide.
