A new hotel near Allegiant Stadium is looking to revolutionize the hospitality industry with the use of AI technology to personalize guest experiences. The Otonomus Hotel, set to open in January 2025, will offer guests a unique and technologically advanced stay.

The Otonomus Hotel will be managed through the Kee, a proprietary app that allows guests to control various aspects of their stay, from booking to room temperature adjustments. The app also functions as a personal assistant, tracking guest preferences and habits for a customized experience.

With 303 units featuring kitchens and living spaces, the Otonomus offers flexibility and comfort starting at $300 per night for a one-bedroom suite. Guests can also connect multiple units for larger accommodations or opt for longer-term rentals.

Aside from high-tech features, the Otonomus will provide traditional amenities such as retail space, restaurants, a pool, fitness center, and business facilities. The hotel’s prime location in Las Vegas aims to establish it as a global brand under developer Growth Holdings.
