Betr has unveiled Betr Arcade, a real-money, peer-to-peer, skill-based gaming platform. This innovative product is now available in 29 states, enhancing the company’s footprint in real-money gaming markets, including regions like California, Florida, and Texas, where online casino activities are currently prohibited.
The skill-centric platform is integrated into the Betr Picks app, operational in 32 states, with 15 states strictly offering peer-to-peer competitions to align with local regulations.
Betr Arcade launched with an exciting lineup of four peer-to-peer games: 21, Fruit Match, Crossout 21, and 5 Across. Each game requires a minimum bet of $1.25, and a practice mode is provided for new players before they dive into real-money competitions.
In contrast to traditional casino offerings, Betr Arcade empowers players to challenge one another directly. This design permits real-money gameplay in areas where online casino gambling is not yet legalized. As of now, only seven US states allow online casinos.
The full list of states where Arcade operates has yet to be shared. However, the Betr Picks app continues to serve users across 32 jurisdictions.

In California, gaming of a casino-like nature is restricted to Native tribes, and online casino games are not legalized. The California Attorney General has also placed scrutiny on operators offering “pick ’em” fantasy contests.
In Florida, gaming rights are exclusively held by the Seminole Tribe. Earlier this year, the Florida Gaming Control Commission issued cease-and-desist orders to Betr, PrizePicks, and Underdog Fantasy for halting against-the-house “pick ’em” games. Betr subsequently introduced its peer-to-peer version of Picks in the state.
Although commercial gambling is banned in Texas, Betr Picks operates there under its peer-to-peer model. Additionally, Betr Sportsbook is live in Ohio and Virginia.
Betr CEO Joey Levy announced the Arcade launch through social media, sharing a video of co-founder Jake Paul playing 21. Levy stated: “Today Betr launched Betr Arcade, our skill games product, live in 29 states.
“We aim to release several new games over the next weeks and months, along with plans to introduce multiple new gaming verticals within our single Betr app in the upcoming months. There’s a lot more to come, and I’m incredibly proud of the Betr team’s efforts behind these initiatives.”
