Concerns about solvency arose following Bally’s Corp.’s recent quarterly report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, highlighting doubts about its financial stability and ability to manage debts. In response, lenders provided temporary relief, but the company continues to face challenges in meeting financial obligations, necessitating urgent cash flow solutions.
The County Commission recently approved land use entitlements for 26 acres surrounding the A’s ballpark, reflecting a modified version of Bally’s original proposal. This includes approval for various elements of the project, with aspects like the hotel-casino still pending review.
