This tournament is part of the ongoing Highest Five series, which showcases several high-stakes competitions with prize pools often exceeding six to seven figures. The BIG Fatty 6-Max event attracted a hefty total prize pool of $510,000, drawing in a competitive lineup during this peak time for online poker.
This series has already generated substantial prize pools, including a remarkable $1.325 million at the Phil’s Puff & Bluff event, alongside various tournaments exceeding the $400,000 threshold. The entry fees for some events have reached as high as $25,500.
Recognized for his 2003 World Series of Poker Main Event win, Moneymaker remains an active competitor in both live and online poker. His recent triumph follows a notable $903,000 success at a Triton Poker event, highlighting his ongoing prominence in high-stakes competition.
Many other tournaments are on the itinerary within the Highest Five series. On April 22, players can look forward to the Full Baked PLO 6-Max with a $10,300 buy-in and the Half Baked PLO 6-Max R/A priced at $5,200. April 23 features the Last Dab tournament with a $15,400 entry fee and the Last Blunt Special at $5,200.
Apart from this series, Americas Cardroom is also hosting Dual Mystery Bounty Venom tournaments, which include an $8 million guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em event and a $2 million guaranteed Pot-Limit Omaha event. Day 1 flights for these competitions are set for April 23, 25, and 26, providing multiple entry options.
