Coeur d’Alene Casino receives Tribal Gaming Operator of the Year honor at the SBC Awards Americas.

Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel has been awarded the title of Tribal Gaming Operator of the Year at the SBC Awards Americas, which took place recently at the Hard Rock Hotel in Fort Lauderdale.

This recognition highlights the casino’s dedication to innovation, community engagement, operational excellence, and responsible gaming practices. Among its remarkable initiatives are AI-driven Aescape massage technology at Spa Ssakwa’q’n, the Circling Raven Golf Suites virtual golf experience, and the Discovery Den, where visitors can preview new gaming machines.

A significant factor in earning this accolade was the casino’s robust commitment to supporting the community. The Coeur d’Alene Tribe has invested over $36.5 million into education, healthcare, and local charitable organizations.

“We are thrilled to receive this honor from SBC,” expressed Laura Penney, CEO. “This award is a testament to our continued dedication to exceptional service, creativity, and community support.”

The resort boasts 300 guest rooms and 1,200 gaming machines, including a high-stakes bingo hall, a 15,000-square-foot spa, a variety of dining venues, and is set to introduce a taco-themed restaurant this summer.
