Kroy Biermann has been required to pay over $64,000 in gambling-related debt from a 2021 trip to the Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas, according to court papers obtained by Us Weekly.

The decision concludes a lengthy effort by Sky Warrior, the company managing casino credit lines for Baha Mar, to recover unpaid funds that Biermann allegedly borrowed.

A Costly Casino Trip

Sky Warrior initially filed a lawsuit against Biermann in 2023, claiming he obtained a $100,000 credit line for the November 2021 trip, withdrew $52,500 in casino chips, and left without settling the debt.

A court granted Sky Warrior a $52,500 judgment, along with nearly $12,000 in legal fees and expenses. The case was transferred from New Jersey to Georgia, where Biermann was recently served.

Baha Mar’s website features a section on “Casino Credit,” stating that approval involves completing an application and obtaining credit department approval, with a minimum credit line of $10,000.

The End of the Game

Problem gambling plays a significant role in Biermann’s contentious divorce from his estranged wife, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak. In documents reported by Radar Online, Biermann accused Zolciak of excessive spending on gambling and requested a psychological evaluation.

The couple appeared on Don’t Be Tardy, a Bravo TV series capturing their tumultuous relationship from 2012 to 2020. In Season 3, Zolciak disclosed losing a significant amount of money in the Bahamas and never returning. The two filed for divorce separately after nearly 12 years of marriage in May 2023.
