During this year’s Global Gaming Expo (G2E) held in Las Vegas, DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) showcased its most advanced and interconnected casino management ecosystem yet, effectively unifying mobile solutions, media strategies, loyalty programs, analytics, and jackpot technologies into a compact, modular framework.
Presenting from Booth 4405 at The Venetian Expo, the Belgian firm illustrated how casino operators can efficiently manage entire gaming floors through a centralized platform that aims to boost operational efficiency and enhance player experience.

“Our objective at G2E was straightforward: to demonstrate how operators can oversee their entire casino floor using a unified, scalable system,” stated Executive Chairman Jurgen De Munck. “We have always prioritized the player, but that begins with giving the operator powerful, intelligent tools to manage infrastructure and communication flexibly.”
The company’s presentation highlighted what it defines as a fully integrated, mobile-friendly suite of tools that provide real-time insights and seamless connections between staff, players, and systems. The drServiceHub showcased its capacity to optimize technical operations with a live dashboard view and remote troubleshooting capabilities, while the drManagementApp allows floor managers to oversee occupancy, receive notifications, and navigate between venues via their smartphones.
Integration with third-party point-of-sale systems was another focal point, enabling players to utilize loyalty points or digital wallets for in-game purchases. Additionally, the drKiosk self-service terminal garnered attention for allowing players to redeem rewards, manage accounts, and purchase food or beverages independently.
Rounding out the digital ecosystem, the drPlayerApp equips players with registration, cashless wallet management, live jackpot tracking, and loyalty tier details accessible from their mobile devices.
“Feedback on our mobile-first tools has been overwhelmingly positive,” noted CEO Marco Herrera. “Our apps are designed to be integral components of the DRGT™ ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive experience without fragmentation.

Operators also engaged with the drFloorManager, a web-based utility offering a live overview of the gaming floor, including heatmaps, machine data, and player activity metrics. Content management was another significant discussion topic, featuring the drMediaManager, which empowers casinos to control media output across various screens and devices, such as video, live TV, and jackpot announcements.
The 8.8-inch drScreenUltra interface was spotlighted as the primary player engagement point, merging cash-in and cash-out functionalities with loyalty data and personalized promotions.
The company also underscored its analytical and promotional tools, such as drRewards, enabling operators to manage raffles, jackpots, and bonuses from a singular dashboard, and drAnalytics, which produces customized reports on player behavior, machine performance, and additional real-time metrics.
“All our tools operate cohesively in real-time; that’s what sets us apart,” Herrera stated. “This system is already active in numerous jurisdictions. At G2E, we weren’t promoting ideas; we showcased evidence of our effectiveness.”
A key highlight at DRGT’s booth was its innovative jackpot technology, eliminating the need for traditional controllers and hardware constraints. Leveraging its proprietary drSMIB mesh network, jackpots can be directly configured through the casino management system, allowing operators the flexibility to create setups based on coin-in volume, time of day, or loyalty tier.

“Operators can set up a jackpot depending on factors such as coin-in volume, time of day, or loyalty tier… you name it, and apply it instantly across their gaming floor,” stated Mexico Managing Director Alfredo Moreno. “Since it’s integrated into the system, it functions smoothly across all touchpoints.”
A case study presented during the event highlighted DRGT’s collaboration with APEX Gaming in launching the first symbol-driven national wide-area progressive jackpot in Mexico. This system connects 17 casinos and incorporates 128 Clover Link Elements machines, enabling synchronized jackpots and dynamic content managed through drMediaManager.
“This project marked a significant milestone for us,” remarked De Munck. “It melded jackpot logic, player engagement, and media distribution across multiple venues, all utilizing our existing infrastructure. It’s a tangible example of how adaptable and scalable our system really is.”
Moreno noted that the same technology is already integrated into daily casino functions. “In Mexico, we utilize tools like drFloorManager and drAnalytics on a daily basis,” he commented. “We dynamically adjust layouts, activate jackpots, and monitor gameplay and player activity in real-time. The insights are immediate, and the operational impact is significant.”
“Operators are increasingly fatigued by the need to integrate disparate systems,” Herrera commented. “They require agility, insights, and speed; we provide a comprehensive solution that unifies under a single login and vision. G2E served as an ideal platform to exhibit this in practice.”
“This wasn’t about our plans; it showcased what we are already achieving,” De Munck added.
