The man accused of the fatal crash in Nevada was reportedly warned about his apparent intoxication prior to driving. Jemarcus Williams, 46, tragically struck two troopers on a Las Vegas highway resulting in both their deaths. The defendant was then found to still smell of alcohol upon arrest. Williams has history too, having been arrested for a DUI in 2007. The tragic event has been devastatingly mourned by Nevada’s Governor.
