Casino.org was the first to report on the Fanatics partnership on Aug. 18. Both DraftKings and FanDuel have been partners since 2021.

All three companies have inked multiyear deals with the NFL.

Fanatics Strengthens NFL Ties

“We are excited to expand Fanatics’ collaboration with the NFL to include Fanatics Sportsbook and Fanatics Casino, providing fans with a deeper connection to the sport they love,” stated Matt King, CEO of Fanatics Betting and Gaming.

“This agreement emphasizes our vision for Fanatics as an ultimate digital sports platform—a one-stop destination for fans to bet, play, and engage with the NFL all in one place, enhancing the fan experience significantly.”

Upholding Game Integrity

As part of the pact with the NFL, all three operators have committed to upholding the league’s core game integrity policies. This includes prohibiting bets that the NFL deems objectionable, such as those related to officiating and injuries, and ones that could be known in advance or easily manipulated by an individual.

The trio will collaborate with the NFL on responsible gambling initiatives, intelligence sharing, and advocacy efforts.

The agreement with Fanatics expands on the already existing relationship the company has with the NFL, encompassing collectibles and official league merchandise.

Promoting Responsible Gambling

The three operators are allowed to utilize NFL marks in the sports betting category and promote online and retail sports betting. The deal also includes a marketing presence at the Super Bowl and NFL Draft, in addition to hospitality and VIP experiences, and integrations across NFL-owned digital media properties.

“We are pleased to have three top-tier partners in the sports betting sector,” said NFL EVP and chief revenue officer Renie Anderson. “DraftKings, FanDuel, and Fanatics share our values of innovation and fan engagement, but more importantly, our dedication to preserving the integrity of the game. We are excited to embark on this new phase in sports betting together.”

Access to Data for Operators

All three companies will have access to real-time statistics, proprietary Next Gen Stats, and BetVision through Genius Sports, the NFL’s data distribution partner.

DraftKings is maintaining its partnership as the Official Daily Fantasy Sports Partner of the NFL, which began in 2019.

Fanatics will also be named an Official Online Casino Marketing Partner of the NFL.
