Fanatics Betting & Gaming has entered a multi-year partnership with the National Football League (NFL), making Fanatics Sportsbook the Official Sports Betting Partner of the NFL.

This agreement is expected to be formalized before the start of the upcoming NFL season and is not an exclusive partnership. FanDuel, DraftKings, and Caesars had previously held sponsorship deals with the NFL, which expired in March without renewal.

Fanatics Access NFL Premium Assets

Fanatics Sportsbook and Fanatics Casino will gain access to premium NFL media inventory, including in-game advertising and media sponsorships with the NFL’s media partners, as part of the agreement.

The deal will also provide Fanatics with hospitality and premium fan experiences related to NFL events like the Super Bowl, VIP opportunities at league events, and other fan engagement activities throughout the NFL season.

Expanded Partnership Benefits

Furthermore, Fanatics Sportsbook and Fanatics Casino have secured marketing rights to utilize NFL intellectual property, including league, team, and major event logos such as the Super Bowl and NFL Draft.

In addition to this sports betting venture, Fanatics already has an existing partnership with the NFL in the e-commerce, fan apparel, and team merchandise sectors.

With operations in 22 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., Fanatics Sportsbook is licensed, while Fanatics Casino is available in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

NFL Betting Industry Insights

The NFL remains a significant player in the sports betting industry due to its large TV audience, limited number of games, and concentrated weekly schedule. In 2025, Americans legally wagered an estimated US$30 billion on the NFL season, with an 8.5% increase from the prior year.

This estimate encompasses preseason, regular season, playoffs, and the Super Bowl, excluding prediction markets and offshore sportsbooks. Preseason games are ongoing, and the regular NFL season is scheduled to kick off on September 9 with a Super Bowl rematch between the New England Patriots and the Seahawks in Seattle’s Lumen Field.
