FanDuel Casino has forged an exclusive alliance with Zoo 55, a branch of ITV Studios, to launch a range of Love Island-themed casino games, kicking off with Love Island Reel Vibes. This partnership marks a strategic move for FanDuel to broaden its branded entertainment offerings amid escalating competition in the North American online gaming landscape.
The collaboration commenced with the introduction of Love Island Reel Vibes, created in conjunction with Games Global. This exciting title brings visual and thematic aspects of the hit reality show into the online casino realm. FanDuel has announced that this game is the first in a series of multiple titles, now available to players in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Ontario, with Michigan set to follow.
“Love Island has become a cultural sensation with a highly engaged, mobile-first audience, making it a perfect collaboration as we enhance our unique entertainment portfolio,” stated Ian O’Reilly, Vice President of Games at FanDuel Casino.
“With Love Island Reel Vibes, we are providing a vibrant, feature-rich slot experience that captures the lively atmosphere of the villa for our players — and this is just the start of a multi-year partnership that will unveil even more exclusive Love Island content.”
ITV Studios expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing the scale and future potential of the launch. “We are thrilled to merge our record-breaking reality franchise with a major gaming operator like FanDuel,” commented Steve Watling, SVP Gaming at ITV Studios.
“It’s been a delight to collaborate on this agreement, and not only do we have an incredible first game releasing this month, but there are exciting titles in the pipeline scheduled for 2026. We eagerly anticipate the growth of this collaboration,” added Lex Scott, VP Gaming.
Love Island Reel Vibes features a POWER COMBO mechanic that includes three Free Spins modes, incorporating colored scatters that can activate enhanced jackpots, wild reels, and multipliers on a 6-row grid.
This new agreement comes at a time when demand for branded slot games is on the rise. FanDuel and its primary rival, DraftKings, have increased investments in licensed online casino entertainment linked to TV shows, films, celebrities, and various entertainment properties. Successful examples include Wheel of Fortune, Deal or No Deal, Monopoly, Whitney Houston, Playboy, and Breaking Bad.
Games Global, which partnered with FanDuel on the new Love Island title, also offers branded products featuring Floyd Mayweather, WWE, UFC, and Terminator. Andy Booth, the company’s chief product officer, mentioned that the popularity of these titles continues to surge among players familiar with existing entertainment brands.
“One of the prevailing trends we’ve observed is the rise of branded slots, which generally includes casino games inspired by well-known TV shows, movies, iconic brands, and celebrities. The fundamental idea is that drawing from recognizable themes and characters yields a greater impact on the intended audience,” explained Booth.
He further noted that branded titles create “an immediate connection with players” and “transport fans into a familiar world they adore.”
Love Island, a format developed by Lifted Entertainment and co-produced with Motion Entertainment, remains one of the most beloved reality franchises globally. The series, which first premiered in the United States on CBS before moving to Peacock in 2022, has spawned several spin-offs, including Love Island Games, Love Island USA: Aftersun, and Love Island: Beyond the Villa.
FanDuel stated that this momentum supports its strategy to roll out additional Love Island games throughout 2026 and beyond. The company confirmed that Love Island Reel Vibes is now live on its iGaming platform in Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ontario.
