Fashion Show Mall to implement F1 parking fees ranging from $40 to $75

For on Nov. 16-18, ACE Parking, located behind Fashion Show Mall, will charge $40-$75 for parking unless partakers spend at least $100 inside. However, there is a way to get this parking fee refunded.

Mall owner Brookfield Properties stated that anyone spending $100 across the property, before 5 p.m., will receive a full refund for the parking charges. The property features high-end outlets and popular sit-down restaurants, making it easy for attendees to meet the spending threshold and qualify for the parking refund.

The Announcement’s Social Media Reaction

Social media reaction to the parking announcement was mixed, with some understanding the decision and others expressing frustration.

Twitter user @Mic_VegasSphere commented, “Here’s why. If they don’t, the parking will fill up with people parking for free for F1 and no one will be able to go shop at the mall. They want the mall for shoppers, not F1 visitors. If you’re going to shop that day, most likely you’re spending $100 on whatever anyway.”

Twitter user @Havein added, “I don’t blame the mall on this one. It’s not permanent, just for people trying to park there but not go to the mall.”
