A well-known sex worker was taken into custody earlier this month for allegedly stealing a high-end watch from a man staying at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
Koncina Brisbon, aged 30, first met the man at the hotel’s Bleau Bar around 3:15 a.m. on May 19.
She engaged in conversation with him, flirted, and made physical contact. About an hour later, while he was distracted, she allegedly spiked his drink, as per the police report.
A short while later, the man and Brisbon proceeded to the hotel’s front desk, where he registered for an additional room.
The two walked hand-in-hand to the upper floors. They were seen kissing in an elevator, and later the man woke up in the second room, alone with his belongings missing.
His Rolex watch worth $125,000, $2,000 in cash, and $500 worth of casino chips were reported missing. His memory of the events was hazy.
Wife Discovers Her Husband
The man had been staying in the same hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, albeit in a different room with his wife. Upon waking up and finding him absent from their room, she alerted hotel security. They informed her that he had checked into two rooms.
Security personnel accompanied the wife to the second room, where they found him fully dressed, reports Las Vegas TV station KLAS.
Upon being questioned by the police, the man was not fully cooperative and denied discussing any sexual encounters with Brisbon.
After a thorough investigation involving the review of hotel surveillance footage, Brisbon was identified as a suspect. She was charged with burglary and theft exceeding $100,000 on November 8.
Prior Incidents
The Las Vegas Review-Journal recently reported that sources from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) identified Brisbon as a repeat “trick roller,” a term referring to suspected prostitutes stealing valuables or cash from individuals.
Between 2021 and 2024, she was arrested 16 times on charges related to prostitution, including trespassing, solicitation, prostitution, and grand larceny, according to KLAS.
According to LVMPD sources cited by the Review-Journal, she has multiple prior arrests with similar modus operandi, where she meets a man at a bar, they have drinks, go to a hotel room, and the man wakes up to discover his Rolex watch and cash missing.
Earlier this year, she faced charges for stealing other Rolex watches. She pleaded not guilty to these charges on September 18, with a trial date set for April 28, 2025.
