Formula 1 has officially welcomed FanDuel as its new Official Betting Operator, marking its first partnership with a U.S.-based betting organization, as the prestigious racing series looks to enhance its betting offerings.

Miami Grand Prix
This announcement coincides with preparations for the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix taking place this weekend.
FanDuel’s betting odds and live analytics will be incorporated into every race weekend, featuring prominently in Formula 1’s Betting Guide and across its website and mobile app.
This partnership will provide FanDuel’s 17 million customers in the U.S. and Canada with expanded opportunities to engage with F1 betting.
17 Million Users
Fans will have the ability to place bets tailored to their preferred teams and drivers, with wagers available on race winners, podium placements, and direct driver matchups. Further betting options will be unveiled as the season progresses.
“We’re excited to partner with FanDuel as our new Official Betting Operator in the USA and Canada. These markets are increasingly passionate about Formula 1,” said Jonny Haworth, Director of Commercial Partnerships at Formula 1.
Engaging Betting Options
“With sports betting becoming an integral part of how fans, especially in the U.S., engage with sports, partnering with a robust operator is crucial for our strategy and growth. FanDuel offers another platform for eligible fans to experience the excitement of Formula 1.”
Kimi Antonelli (ITA/Mercedes), Max Verstappen (NED/Red Bull), and George Russell (GBR/Mercedes) are currently the leading contenders at sportsbooks for the Miami race in terms of bet placements and volume.
Antonelli and Russell are anticipated as favorites for the race occurring this Sunday at 4 p.m. EST, with practice and qualifying set for the day prior.
Live Data Insights
The event will take place at the Miami International Autodrome, featuring a temporary 5.4 km circuit with 19 corners constructed around Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.
“Becoming an Official Betting Operator of Formula 1 is an exciting advancement for us as we improve our sportsbook to create more interactive experiences for our users,” stated Karol Corcoran, Managing Director of FanDuel Sportsbook.
“Formula 1 generates extensive real-time data. Our platform is designed to convert that into engaging betting experiences for fans. This partnership will enable us to offer more immersive, data-centric experiences throughout the race weekend.”
Erin Andrews Announcement
FanDuel also recently appointed sports broadcaster Erin Andrews as a Responsible Gaming Ambassador.
“Sports have always been a significant part of my life,” she remarked. “I appreciate that FanDuel addresses Responsible Gaming openly and promotes gaming tools as an essential part of a winning strategy.
“FanDuel equips individuals with the resources and knowledge to enjoy sports betting responsibly from the outset. I firmly believe in finding a balance between enjoyment and accountability in sports betting, which is why I wanted to contribute to the conversation.”
