In January 2026, Foxwoods Resort Casino located in Mashantucket reported an impressive $28.6 million in revenue from slot machines, resulting in a direct contribution of $7.2 million to the State of Connecticut.
This contribution is in accordance with the long-term slot revenue agreement established between the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and Connecticut.
Since 1993, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has provided over $4.8 billion in slot machine revenues to support Connecticut’s budget, thereby enhancing state services and programs.
