As part of its slot revenue sharing agreement with the State of Connecticut, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation allocated $8.4 million from this revenue to the state budget.
This agreement, established in 1993, has contributed over $4.8 billion in slot revenue to Connecticut over the last 30 years.
This past February, Foxwoods commemorated its 33rd anniversary by announcing several significant updates, including property enhancements, new dining options, and exclusive partnerships aimed at enriching the guest experience.
Highlights include the introduction of The Bedford by Martha Stewart, newly revamped guest rooms at the Great Cedar Hotel, and the launch of a brand-new Poker Room at Fox Tower.
For June 2025, the casino reported a slot revenue of $30.7 million, resulting in a direct contribution of $7.7 million to the State of Connecticut.
