IGT has made headlines with the recent inclusion of gaming industry expert Patrick Ramsey on the Board of Directors of Voyager TopCo GP, LLC, which is the parent company of both IGT and Everi, pending necessary regulatory approvals.

The appointment is part of the firm’s ongoing efforts to enhance its presence in gaming, digital solutions, systems, and financial technology sectors.

Ramsey’s extensive background spans gaming operations, product strategy, technology innovation, and business evolution. He has a well-established reputation for driving growth and innovation initiatives, notably serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Multimedia Games (MGAM). In addition, he is currently a board member of Grupo Codere and an active participant in the Operating Council of Arrow International.
