Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has appointed Sally Wong as Director of Client Services to bolster the company’s client engagement and technical support services. Based at the company’s Las Vegas laboratory, she will play a vital role.

In her new position, Wong aims to amplify relationships with clients and deliver expert guidance throughout GLI’s worldwide network.

“Our objective is to ensure each client’s experience is smooth and productive, and Sally possesses the expertise and perspective necessary to empower our clients as they navigate the evolving landscape of gaming,” remarked GLI’s Chief Revenue Officer Ian Hughes.

Wong comes with a wealth of experience from various facets of the gaming sector. Before her tenure at GLI, she was the Director of Business Development for Aristocrat Interactive.

Her career also spans roles such as Director of Strategic Accounts for Gaming/Casino at Nor1 (an Oracle company), Key Account Manager at Booking.com, and Special Events Manager at Wynn Resorts Las Vegas. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
