In April, Harry Reid International Airport welcomed over 4.3 million passengers, continuing a trend of traffic being lower compared to the previous year.
As per the latest passenger data from the Clark County Department of Aviation, the Las Vegas airport accommodated 4,379,755 travelers in April 2026, a decline from the 4,716,039 passengers recorded in April 2025, reflecting a 7.13% decrease year-over-year.
In the first four months of 2026, total passenger traffic amounted to 16,935,330 travelers, which is a 5.6% drop from the 17,940,001 passengers noted during the same period last year.
Domestic flights continued to be the primary source of airport activity. During April, Harry Reid International Airport processed 4,039,313 domestic passengers, marking a 6.6% reduction compared to April 2025.
International passenger numbers saw an even steeper decline, with the airport reporting 272,386 international travelers in April, down 12.4% from the previous year.
The Department of Aviation noted that data for Spirit Airlines was not available due to the carrier’s closure at the start of May. To finalize the April report, officials utilized ratios based on Spirit Airlines’ passenger data from the past three months.
