High Roller Technologies Inc., an online gaming operator from Las Vegas, has taken a significant step towards its market entry by securing a letter of intent with Kindbridge Behavioral Health. This collaboration underscores the company’s dedication to player welfare in Ontario, as it prepares to apply for an igaming operator license with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

The company anticipates launching in Ontario during the first half of 2026 and is also preparing to apply for an operator license in Alberta when that igaming market officially opens, which is projected for spring or summer this year.
High Roller aims to collaborate with Kindbridge to create a pathway for clinical support for players facing gambling challenges, including those who have opted for self-exclusion.
Canadian Gaming: Ontario Launch Scheduled for 2026
“We believe entertainment should always be enjoyable in a responsible manner,” stated Seth Young, Chief Executive Officer of High Roller. “Teaming up with Kindbridge strengthens our commitment to player welfare by ensuring those encountering difficulties with their gambling are able to access meaningful, professional assistance. This partnership exemplifies our duty as operators and as a reputable brand that prioritizes the needs of players.”
Diving into a recent investor call in November, Young discussed the company’s transition from less regulated markets, highlighting its strategy for long-term stability. The company’s overview indicated that Ontario is a key focus area that will expand its total addressable market by $2.4 billion. Ontario ranks as the sixth largest regulated market globally by GGR and is projected for strong future growth, with the company confident that its “premium, casino-centric High Roller brand will resonate strongly with educated consumers.”
Alberta Launch Upon Market Activation
“The Ontario launch represents a monumental step and will transform our current operations,” remarked Young. “We are genuinely preparing for scalability. This pivot sets the stage for our next chapter, significantly aiding our licensing and launch preparations in Ontario.”
In June, High Roller announced its collaboration with Xpoint for geolocation services in Ontario, and in July, formalized content partnership deals with Gaming Realms and compliance enhancement efforts with Kinectify focused on AML regulations in Ontario.
High Roller is recognized for its online casino brands, including High Roller and Fruta.
