Did you know that 61% of Americans sleep with the TV on? If you’re one of them and can afford the estimated mortgage of $19,407 per month, you might be interested in this Las Vegas condo listing.

“Experience sophistication and refinement in this breathtaking Park Towers residence,” says the $2.35 million listing on Redfin. “The private, elevator vestibule opens directly to a foyer and expansive living room adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows.”

This 3,515-square-foot residence, located high atop the Park Towers at Hughes Center, offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and luxurious amenities including three terraces, a chef’s kitchen, and a wine fridge.

And let’s not forget the 366-foot emoji thing right next door. With 1.2 million LED lights, its animated eyes seem to peer into all three bedrooms and even the kitchen.

Frank Napoli, the listing agent from The Napoli Group, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, has chosen to highlight the stunning views of the Las Vegas Sphere in the property’s advertising.

A second Sphere, proposed by MSG Entertainment for a residential college town in London, is already facing opposition. However, the Vegas Sphere has not received any formal complaints about light pollution since it was switched on during the July 4th weekend.

Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom acknowledged that living in Las Vegas comes with excitement, including the presence of the Sphere.

If you’re interested in the Hughes Center abode, you can always keep your drapes shut at night, just like Howard Hughes once did.
