Two Decade-Long Resident
Seinfeld sells out theaters wherever he goes, and that’s certainly been the case for the A-list comedian in Las Vegas. Caesars initiated a residency deal with Seinfeld in 2003, which was five years after “Seinfeld” went off the air.
Seinfeld’s career took off after appearing on “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson” in 1981. Eight years later, he teamed up with Larry David to create, write, and produce “Seinfeld,” arguably the most successful sitcom in television history.
“Seinfeld” ran for nine seasons, during which time the series won numerous Emmys, Golden Globes, and other major awards. TV Guide named “Seinfeld” the greatest television show of all time in 2009.
Since “Seinfeld,” Seinfeld has been behind numerous films and streaming content, including “Bee Movie,” “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,” and “23 Hours to Kill.” He also continues to tour both nationally and internationally.
Seinfeld will turn 70 on April 29, but this week’s news shows that the standup isn’t ready to slow down.
Tickets for his 2024 shows begin at $84 before applicable taxes and fees. The price for two tickets at the $84 price point comes to $254 after tax and fees — or $127 each.
All tickets are being sold on Ticketmaster.
Casino Dates
Not in Las Vegas this weekend or planning to be in 2024 when Seinfeld is in town? The comedian might be coming to a casino closer to you.
As for 20023, Seinfeld plays at Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, Ca., on Aug. 18 and Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, Ca., on Aug. 19. Seinfeld is in Florida at the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa on Sept. 28 and returns to Atlantic City at the Borgata on Dec. 1.
Seinfeld was in Italy this week where he was photographed dining in Amalfi with several of his celebrity friends, including David, Judd Apatow, Amy Schumer, and Leslie Mann. Schumer is no stranger to Las Vegas, as the comedian has held residencies at both The Cosmopolitan and Resorts World.
