Is Jason Aldean’s new Southern restaurant and honky-tonk in Las Vegas going to be as successful as Blake Shelton’s Ole Red? TC Restaurant Group is opening Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar on Monday, Dec. 2 at 63 CityCenter, just south of the Cosmopolitan.
