A robbery occurred at the Rampart Casino located in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas shortly before 10:29 p.m. on Thursday, November 13. The suspect, described by law enforcement as a male of unknown ethnicity, entered the establishment armed with an AR-style assault rifle and disguised himself as a security personnel to avoid raising suspicion among patrons.

According to police reports, the suspect accessed the casino from the parking garage and proceeded to the main cashier’s cage, where he brandished the rifle and demanded cash. An employee adhered to his demands.

Immediately following the incident, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Detectives responded to the scene at 10:29 p.m., deploying a helicopter to help secure the area.
However, by the time they arrived, the suspect had seemingly exited the casino using the same route he had taken to enter.
Details regarding the amount of money stolen remain undisclosed by either the police or the casino.
On Saturday, November 15, law enforcement released images of the suspect, who was seen wearing a blue and yellow security jacket, a ballistic helmet, blue sunglasses, and a blue mask covering his face.
