NBA Commissioner Adam Silver is often acknowledged for playing a crucial role in the legalization of sports betting in the US. Silver, who expressed his support for regulated sports gambling just nine months after becoming the commissioner of the NBA, has no regrets about being a pioneer in the movement to allow Americans to bet on sports.
