Turning Stone Enterprises has introduced dynamic animations for the Turning Stone Evolution, a $370 million expansion effort set for completion in 2027. This initiative represents the largest development for the New York resort in two decades.
This week, the new visuals were revealed, delivering an engaging glimpse into the project. Stakeholders and guests can now experience the forthcoming changes more interactively than with previous static photos, as noted by officials.
The planned expansion includes a 165,000-square-foot Grand Expo, effectively doubling the resort’s conference and event space. It will feature two newly designed ballrooms, alongside courtyards and reception areas. Additionally, the Crescent Hotel will be a 258-room tower offering direct access to the resort’s dining options, event center, showroom, and casino.

The Crescent Hotel will house Salt Seafood & Raw Bar, a fine dining establishment. To support the expansion, a 1,600-space parking garage is currently under construction, effectively doubling the existing indoor parking capacity.
The Oneida Indian Nation’s investment of $370 million is expected to yield a significant economic impact of over $600 million and generate approximately $22 million in state and local taxes. The project is slated to create more than 3,500 construction and related job opportunities, with 60 New York businesses already contracted to assist with the Grand Expo, Crescent Hotel, and parking structure.
In 2024, the Oneida Indian Nation spent upwards of $161 million with vendors located in Oneida, Madison, and Onondaga counties, and this figure is anticipated to increase with the upcoming expansion.

This expansion aims to elevate Turning Stone to the status of the largest conference venue in Upstate New York and one of only three of its kind in the entire state.
The release of the animated visuals aligns with the preparations for the upcoming “Doing Business with the Oneida Indian Nation” conference, set for Friday, September 12, 2025. This half-day event seeks to inform local businesses about vendor opportunities related to Turning Stone Evolution as well as the $50 million expansion of Point Place Casino.
Attendees can expect panel discussions featuring business partners, resort leadership, and vendors, highlighting best practices for collaboration. A procurement fair will also be part of the event, connecting business owners directly with purchasing agents from the Oneida Indian Nation.
