Dominique Ansel will introduce his second Strip dining establishment, Dominique Ansel Marché, on Friday, December 6, as it debuts at Paris Las Vegas. This new eatery will join the existing Dominique Ansel Bakery, which the acclaimed French pastry chef established at Caesars Palace in 2022.

The new concept, which will inhabit the 5,000 square-foot space previously occupied by JJ’s Boulangerie, will offer croissants, fresh fruit tarts, and other traditional sweet treats, along with savory options like buckwheat crêpes, sandwiches, and flatbreads.

“Marché” is the French term for market.

“With this new concept, we aimed to recreate the ambiance of a Parisian marketplace — a fond memory from my childhood, featuring fresh-made crêpes, slow-cooked rotisserie chicken with French fries or roasted potatoes, delightful fruit tarts, and croissants,” Ansel expressed in a press release. “It evokes memories of home in France, right here at the heart of The Strip.”

Naturally, the famous Cronut, a fusion of a croissant and a doughnut invented by Ansel in 2013, will also be on offer, showcasing a new, unique flavor every month.

Dominique Ansel Marché will become the seventh celebrity-branded dining venue at Paris, alongside Gordon Ramsay Steak, Nobu, Vanderpump à Paris, Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, Brioche by Guy Savoy, and The Bedford by Martha Stewart.

Dining Ins & Outs

Set to open next month, the second branch of The Guest House aims to transform the old Tommy Bahama space at Town Square Mall into a late-night celebrity hotspot, located just south of the Strip on Las Vegas Boulevard. The owners have found success with their initial location, launched in March in Austin, attracting diners like Michael Jordan, Gordon Ramsay, and Steve Aoki. Heading the kitchen will be Executive chef Todd Mark Miller, previously of STK Steakhouse.

Also making its Las Vegas debut next month will be Mountain Mike’s Pizza, established in 1978 with nearly 400 locations. Look for it at 785 E. Craig Road.
