A pedestrian bridge linking the Versailles Tower to the existing Paris Las Vegas resort officially opened on Friday, providing more convenient access to the tower without the need to walk a longer distance through an indoor walkway into the Horseshoe.
The Paris Skybridge is situated near the Caesars Sportsbook and the Eiffel Tower experience gift shop on the second floor of the casino resort.
This marks the completion of a refurbishment project for the tower, the first since 2014, costing Caesars Entertainment, the parent company of Paris and Horseshoe, around $100 million.
Aside from the external transformation of the Versailles Tower to resemble a Parisian tower, all 756 rooms and suites inside have undergone renovation with new furnishings, fixtures, and decorations in the colors of the French flag.
The Paris Skybridge was originally expected to be finished in early 2024, raising questions about prioritizing the tower’s renovation over a bridge that would have greatly improved ease of access for Versailles guests.
This marks the third rebranding for the 26-story tower, which initially opened in 1982 as the south tower of the original MGM Grand before becoming part of Bally’s in 1986. It was later renamed the Jubilee Tower in 2013 and joined Horseshoe Las Vegas in 2022.
Caesars rebranded Bally’s Las Vegas as Horseshoe in December 2022, adding it to the portfolio as the 10th Horseshoe property. The exterior of the north tower received a Horseshoe-themed paint job and signage, fueling speculations that turned out to be accurate.

The Jubilee Tower played no part in Nevada’s deadliest disaster, which occurred in 1980 when an electrical fire at the original MGM Grand claimed 85 lives. This tower, with 2,052 rooms, was later renamed by Bally’s as the Indigo Tower before Caesars rebranded it as the Horseshoe’s Resort Tower in 2022.
In an eerie coincidence, a small fire broke out on the 19th floor of the Versailles Tower on April 28, 2023. While some individuals sought medical attention on site, none required hospitalization.
