Pennsylvania’s 1.7% drop in gross gaming revenue (GGR) for the month was due to a poor performance by oddsmakers.

Despite taking more than $900 million in bets for the first time, sportsbooks in Pennsylvania experienced a significant decline in income. Sportsbook income was down 76% from November 2022, a substantial contrast to the industry’s previous success.
