- Polymarket is now the official prediction market partner for UFC and Zuffa Boxing
- Enhances Polymarket’s growing portfolio of high-profile partnerships
It seems like every day brings fresh announcements from Polymarket about new collaborations with major sports leagues and brands, with the latest being an official partnership with UFC and Zuffa Boxing.

While the financial specifics of this arrangement remain undisclosed, Polymarket has secured its position as the “official and exclusive” prediction market collaborator for these two major combat sport organizations. This partnership will see Polymarket’s contracts integrated into UFC’s various platforms, including live broadcasts and social media channels.
This agreement marks UFC and Zuffa Boxing as trailblazers in directly incorporating prediction market technology into the live fan experience. Polymarket aims to introduce a new metric for storytelling by visualizing fan sentiment and perceived momentum that complements regulated sports betting,” states a spokesperson.
For Polymarket’s Shayne Coplan, this UFC collaboration signifies at least the second major partnership with a prominent North American sports league, following their recent agreement with the NHL alongside competitor Kalshi.
Polymarket’s Ongoing News Momentum
Even amidst delays in its U.S. reentry due to a recent government shutdown, Polymarket has maintained a steady stream of significant news, highlighting the intersections between prediction markets, financial systems, and sports betting.
This past Tuesday, the prediction market giant generated excitement by announcing a partnership with PrizePicks, which will integrate event contracts into its upcoming mobile platform. Subsequently, on Wednesday, Polymarket collaborated with Yahoo Finance to provide prediction market data for one of the most visited finance websites globally—this deal came shortly after a similar agreement was established with Google Finance.
In recent months, Polymarket has also broadened its social media presence. For instance, in June, it became the official prediction market partner for Elon Musk’s X. The partnership with UFC taps into a fanbase already intrigued by prediction markets, complementing the product’s event contracts.
“Polymarket will introduce the inaugural real-time Fan Prediction Scoreboard during UFC broadcasts,” according to the announcement. “This cutting-edge feature will add a fresh layer of storytelling, illustrating how fans worldwide predict outcomes as the fights progress. The Fan Prediction Scoreboard will turn audience sentiment into a visible narrative that captures the real-time ‘pulse’ of the fans at every UFC event.”
Strategic Timing for Polymarket’s UFC Partnership
The news of the Polymarket and UFC partnership comes just three months after reports surfaced revealing that Paramount is investing $7.7 billion over a seven-year period to acquire the broadcast rights for the fighting series.
Starting in 2026, all UFC and Zuffa Boxing events will be streamed exclusively in the U.S. through Paramount’s direct-to-consumer service, Paramount+, enhancing accessibility for sports fans and Polymarket users alike,” the press release stated.
Polymarket is set to become the inaugural official brand partner for Zuffa Boxing, which launches in January.
