Tiger Woods’ PopStroke golf is coming to Las Vegas, with groundbreaking set to take place on August 16. The miniature golf and entertainment experience will be located at the Town Square shopping and dining complex near the Las Vegas Strip.

A new three-acre PopStroke location in Las Vegas will feature two 18-hole putting greens, a two-story restaurant, multiple bars, and an outdoor beer garden with games such as corn hole and foosball.

Unlike traditional putt-putt courses, PopStroke offers two 18-hole mini golf courses designed by Tiger Woods and his TGR Design team. These courses include miniature versions of famous golf holes, complete with fairways, bunkers, and roughs.

Described as an experiential golf and casual dining concept, PopStroke aims to bring families and friends together in a fun and technologically advanced environment. Tiger Woods expressed excitement about the expansion of PopStroke into new cities.

For the Las Vegas project, Woods and PopStroke have partnered with Taylormade, a leading equipment manufacturing company. The opening date is set for Q1 2024.

This will be PopStroke’s first location in Nevada, with headquarters in Jupiter, Florida, and existing venues in Orlando, Sarasota, Tampa, Fort Myers, Port Saint Lucie, Glendale, and Houston. New PopStroke venues are also under construction in Scottsdale, Delray Beach, and Tuscaloosa.

Golf War?

In a similar vein, Swingers Crazy Golf recently announced plans to open inside Mandalay Bay next year, less than two miles away from the Town Square location.

While Las Vegas is known for supporting similar experiences in close proximity, the competition is still significant, especially considering the presence of Topgolf at the MGM Grand, which is three miles away from Town Square.
