Resort World’s capacity for 70.9% filled seats is just one indicator of its success. Another under 5,000 capacity venue that sold out every show in 2023 was the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace. This venue, as well as the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood were not included on the list, because their figures were not reported to Billboard by venue executives, artist managers, or agents.
