Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International reveal new leadership positions


Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International have made significant leadership changes in their hotel and casino network as they continue to enhance their operations and services.

The updates feature the appointment of Randy Morton as President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood; Travis Lunn as President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa; Bo Guidry as President of Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati; and Justin Wyborn as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. Morton and Lunn are joining the company, whereas Guidry and Wyborn are transitioning into new positions within the organization.

Morton will be responsible for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, supervising the property’s Guitar Hotel complex and reporting to David Hoenemeyer, Chief Operating Officer of Seminole Gaming.

He brings over ten years of leadership in the Las Vegas gaming sector, with more than 12 years as President and COO of the Bellagio. Morton has also held high-ranking positions at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, OVG Hotel and Casino Development, Foley Entertainment Group, and Monte Carlo Resort & Casino.

Lunn has been designated as President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, which houses Seminole Gaming’s largest casino in Florida. His background includes over 25 years in gaming and hospitality sectors.

Travis Lunn

Most recently, Lunn worked at MGM Resorts International as President and COO, overseeing Mandalay Bay, The W, Luxor, and Four Seasons properties. His career has spanned leadership positions at The Borgata Casino, MGM Resorts Southeast Group, MGM Grand Las Vegas, and The Venetian and The Palazzo resorts.

In addition, Guidry, who previously served as President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood for the last seven years, will now lead Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati. Throughout his time in Hollywood, he played a key role in the opening of the Guitar Hotel and the launch of sports betting, craps, and roulette.

In his new capacity, he will report to Jeff Hook, Chief Operating Officer of Hard Rock International. Guidry previously held senior roles with Caesars Entertainment, including at Horseshoe Council Bluffs and Harrah’s Council Bluffs Hotel & Casino, as well as Harrah’s Casino St. Louis.

Wyborn, who most recently held the position of President at Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati, has now taken on the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. Wyborn, with over 25 years of global hospitality experience, joined the company in 2013 and will report to property President Joe Lupo.

The Las Vegas property is currently under development and is projected to open in 2027, featuring plans for new luxury gaming, dining, and entertainment experiences on the Las Vegas Strip.
