The Mortons’ cherished family residence, recognized for its affiliation with Morton’s The Steakhouse, has officially entered the market for the first time, with an asking price of $19.5 million. Designed by architect Richard Luke in 2006, this exclusive property is situated on two acres near the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, just a short 15-minute drive from the Strip.

Stepping Up the Culinary Game

Michael Morton is a well-known restaurateur in Las Vegas, following in the footsteps of his father, Arnie Morton, who co-founded Morton’s The Steakhouse. His brother, Peter Morton, co-founded the Hard Rock Cafe and was a pivotal figure in the development of Las Vegas’ first Hard Rock Hotel.

Jenna Morton has an academic background in archaeology.

The couple oversees the Morton Group, which operates renowned venues such as La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway at the Wynn, One Steakhouse at Virgin Hotels, and Crush and Greek Sneek at the MGM Grand.

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, the Mortons revealed plans to construct a smaller home nearby, now that their three children have grown up.
