  • Disgraced casino magnate Steve Wynn has seemingly resolved a public rift by gifting his stepson, Nick Hissom, a $32 million mansion in Palm Beach.
  • The reconciliation comes on the heels of tensions caused by a controversial music video from Hissom, which led to his eviction from his mother’s Beverly Hills home.
  • Wynn acquired the Everglades Island property in 2024.

Steve Wynn, the former casino tycoon, recently purchased a luxurious $32 million mansion for his stepson, Nick Hissom, situated in West Palm Beach, Florida. This extravagant gift is more than a mere impulse buy; as reported by Page Six, it marks the conclusion of a notably contentious family dispute.

The dispute erupted last May, according to the New York Post, when Hissom—who is a 33-year-old British-American model, singer, art dealer, and entrepreneur—released a provocative music video that caused a stir within the Wynn family.

The YouTube video for his track “So Cool Babe” featured what Page Six described as “muscular adult film actors in various risqué scenes,” including a poolside make-out and a shower threesome.

The report indicated that Wynn and his wife, Andrea Hissom, were so outraged that they ordered their staff at their lavish $75 million Beverly Hills home to pack Hissom’s things and roll his vehicle out onto the street.

That’s quite a dramatic turn of events.

All’s Wealth That Ends Well

However, the controversial video has since been removed from YouTube, and the Wynns have gifted Nick with the keys to a stunning six-bedroom, nine-bathroom waterfront estate located on the exclusive Everglades Island. They bought the property in 2024 for nearly $32 million from advertising executive Richard Schaps and his wife, Linda.

The magnificent residence boasts panoramic views, an exclusive boat dock, and is conveniently situated close to Mar-a-Lago, ideal for utilizing presidential Wi-Fi.

A source revealed to Page Six that Wynn intends for his stepsons, Alex and Nick Hissom, to redesign the estate into an extraordinary Palm Beach mansion.

The Wynns, who tied the knot in April 2011 after Steve’s divorce from Elaine Wynn in 2010, purchased their own residence nearby in the same year for $12.9 million.

In an effort to move on from the earlier conflict, Hissom commented to Page Six, “I dropped the most provocative video of the summer. Did it create tensions? Absolutely. But name one family that hasn’t experienced some level of tension at the dinner table. Ultimately, I love my family, and they love me.”

A $32 million property certainly serves as a grand gesture of reconciliation.
